She serves as the President of the Association of Language Companies (ALC) as well as the Subcommittee Chair for F43.05, Quality Assurance in Language Services for ASTM. With her involvement in these and many more industry organizations, extensive experience in the field, as well as her connection with local and international stakeholders, it is clear why Liaison Multilingual is a key player in the industry. When she is not hiking or skiing and exploring the outdoors, Susan is at the helm of quality in translation services, guiding the industry and enabling the company to stay in the know and offer exceptional service.
