Liaison Multi Lingual Services, Inc delivers to clients, quality multi language translations, interpretations and desktop publishing. As a quickly growing Colorado company, our goal is to hire a project coordinator who enjoys fast pace, detail team work and flexible hours.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor or advanced degree from an accredited university, and extensive experience in the language translation industry.

As key figures in the company, Project Coordinators interface with company officers, translators and others. Coordinators must:

  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and ability to deal with people in a variety of positions and cultures
  • Focus on client satisfaction
  • Multi-task in a time-sensitive environment
  • Fields of expertise
  • Adhere to details
  • Demonstrate strong computer skills and willingness to master translation industry tools
  • Remain Flexible in fast-paced work environment

Specifics of project coordination:

  • Providing information to inquiries
  • Creating project budgets
  • Writing project proposals
  • Coordinating all agreements
  • Planning project schedules
  • Working with Windows XP, MS Office, industry software, including Trados/SDLX; creating analyses and POs
  • Filling out project tracking sheets for each part of projects
  • Monitoring production throughout each stage of projects
  • Checking accuracy of invoices and tracking for budgeting
  • Meeting or beating deadlines
  • Archiving projects material
  • Knowledge of a second language or more
