Project Coordinator
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and ability to deal with people in a variety of positions and cultures
- Focus on client satisfaction
- Multi-task in a time-sensitive environment
- Adhere to details
- Demonstrate strong computer skills and willingness to master translation industry tools
- Remain flexible in a fast-paced work environment
- Providing information to inquiries
- Creating project budgets
- Writing project proposals
- Coordinating all agreements
- Planning project schedules
- Working with Windows XP, MS Office, industry software, including Trados/SDLX; creating analyses and POs
- Filling out project tracking sheets for each part of projects
- Monitoring production throughout each stage of projects
- Checking accuracy of invoices and tracking for budgeting
- Meeting or beating deadlines
- Archiving projects material
- Knowledge of a second language or more
